I can help you reaching your specific goals whatever it is to get toned, get stronger, increase your muscular volume, help you with an injury, or increase your sports performance, ie get faster for your next race.

I look at each persons individual ability, prerequits and goals. What are your specific needs and dreams and how can I address them. How is your life today and how do you live your life – your training, diet, sleeping, stress, injuries, work/life balance etc. I will also screen your posture and movement patterns looking for eventual imbalances, strengths and weaknesses. All the input will then help me to custom make a training program for you.
It will take hard work and patience. There are no quick fixes. But we will have a lot of fun too! I suggest all new clients to try out at least 5 sessions to evaluate the training with me.
I can come to your private gym (taken freelancing PTs are allowed), your home or we can train outside, depending on your request. I’m using all sorts of equipments like weights, resistance bands, TRX, rings, medicine balls etc. But also the body itself.
Even if you have specific requests I’m aiming for a varied training mixing stability, mobility, strength and cardio/endurance training.
