Group Training Old


My group trainings are held all over Hong Kong. On scheduled time open for all, for private groups or for companies. 

The Group training includes cardio, strength and mobility routines for the whole body. You will be challenged with intervals, circuits, games, drills etc, but still with a focus on body awareness and control. 

I’m using all sorts of equipments like TRX, resistance bands, weights, balance balls, medicine balls, kettle bells etc. But also the body itself.

The sessions are physically and mentally challenging, however playful and works well for all fitness levels.
